SMS, WhatsApp and Email Messaging: what you get
A messaging platform sends notices, one-time codes, alerts and announcements to many people, and it has to keep doing that reliably. For SMS, we build over SMPP connections or provider APIs: bulk and transactional sending, sender IDs, message templates, delivery reports, balances and the handling of do-not-disturb numbers. For WhatsApp, we integrate official Business providers. For e-mail, we build transactional and announcement sending with unsubscribe, suppression lists and signed mail.
Indian SMS rules require registered sender IDs and approved templates. DLT registration is done by the business that sends the messages, since it is the registered entity. We build the software side: storing sender IDs and templates, matching each message to an approved template, and rejecting what should not be sent. Your own adviser has the final word on regulatory questions.
We have built and run this kind of software ourselves, including a bulk SMS platform with operator connections, so we can extend an existing system as well as start a new one. We can also set up the e-mail domain properly, so that your messages are authenticated and reach inboxes.

How the engagement works
It starts with a free consultation. You describe what you send, to whom and how often, and which providers or operators you use. We say what we would build or change and give you a written estimate. If you have not yet registered with the SMS regulator's system, we explain what the business has to do first.
We build in stages, test against the provider sandbox or a small live batch, and then go live. We can also operate and maintain the platform afterwards, and adjust it when providers or rules change.

Do you do the DLT registration?
No. DLT registration is done by the business that sends the messages. We build the software side: sender IDs, templates and the checks around them.
Can you connect to our SMS operator over SMPP?
Yes. We have built a bulk SMS platform with SMPP operator connections, and can connect to your operator or to provider APIs.
Can you set up WhatsApp messages?
Yes, through official WhatsApp Business providers. Templates and opt-in rules apply, and we build the software around them.
How do you handle unsubscribes?
Announcement e-mail carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribed or complaining addresses go on a suppression list that the sender always checks. We also build sending caps and signed mail.
Can you host our business e-mail as well?
Yes. We host business e-mail for client domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up, plus webmail.
