Who we are
This website is run by IT-Labs, based in New Delhi, India. You can reach us at sales@it-labs.in.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email, company (optional), country (optional), phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you are asking about, budget and timeline (optional), your message, whether you would like an NDA, and your consent. When you submit the form we also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We use the IP address to limit abuse, for example repeated submissions in a short time.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and follow up on it, for example to arrange a consultation and prepare an estimate. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for 24 months, then delete them.
How to have your details deleted
Email sales@it-labs.in and we will delete your submission. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
Cookies, tracking and third parties
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. It loads no fonts, scripts or embeds from other companies. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser stores that choice locally on your device; it is not sent to us.
Who can see your details
Submissions are stored on our own server and are visible only to the IT-Labs people who respond to enquiries. We may email the submission to those people.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date above.
