API and systems integration that connects the tools you already use

Most businesses run on several systems that do not talk to each other. We connect them with integrations that handle retries, failures and bad data, so information moves on its own and stays consistent.

What it is

API and Systems Integration: what you get

Systems integration is the work of making separate applications exchange data and trigger each other: an online order creates an invoice in your accounting package, a new lead lands in your CRM and sends a WhatsApp message, a payment confirmation updates stock. Done well, nobody notices it. Done badly, orders go missing and finance spends days reconciling.

We build integrations against REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, message queues, file exchanges and, when there is nothing better, direct database access. We pay attention to the things that make integrations dependable: idempotency so a retry never creates a duplicate, queues so a slow partner does not block you, validation of what comes back, and logs that let you trace one record across systems.

Our experience includes fintech: trading and broker-API automation, including market data feeds and order handling. These are unforgiving environments where timing, reconnection and error handling matter, and that discipline carries into every integration we write.

Problems we solve

Typical problems this solves

Double entry across systems

Staff key the same order or customer into two or three tools. An integration removes the repetition and the typos.

Payment flows that do not reconcile

Gateway callbacks, refunds and failed payments handled properly, with a clear audit trail.

CRM, ERP and accounting out of sync

Customer, product and invoice data kept consistent in both directions, with rules for conflicts.

Customer messaging at scale

WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications triggered by real events in your systems, using the official provider APIs.

Live market and broker data

Feeds, order placement and position tracking for fintech tools, built for reconnection, rate limits and clear failure modes.

Deliverables

What we deliver

  • A data-flow diagram of what moves where, when and why
  • Integration code with retries, idempotency and queueing where needed
  • Webhook endpoints and API clients, secured and rate-limit aware
  • Monitoring and alerts when an integration fails or falls behind
  • Test and sandbox runs against the partner systems before go-live
  • Documentation of mappings, credentials handling and recovery steps

Engagement

How the engagement works

We start by listing the systems involved, what data must move, and which direction is the source of truth. Often that conversation alone uncovers the real problem. A free consultation covers it, and we follow with a written estimate that names the APIs, their limits and any partner approvals you will need to obtain.

We build against sandbox environments, test the failure cases deliberately, and then go live with monitoring in place. Integrations depend on third parties who change their APIs, so we offer ongoing support to keep them working.

Questions

Common questions

Which systems can you integrate?

Anything with an API, webhook, database or file export: payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, accounting packages, e-commerce platforms, messaging providers and broker or market-data APIs.

What if a system has no API?

We look at database access, scheduled file exchange or, as a last resort, automating the user interface. We explain the trade-offs for each.

How do you stop duplicate or lost records?

With idempotent operations, unique keys, queues, retries with back-off and logs that let you trace each record end to end.

Do you handle WhatsApp messaging?

We integrate with the official WhatsApp Business API through an approved provider. You need a provider account and message templates approved by the platform; we guide you through that.

Can you build against trading or broker APIs?

Yes, we have experience with market data feeds and order handling for fintech. We build tools and automation; we do not give trading or investment advice.
