Honest estimates
We tell you what we think it will take, and what we do not know yet. We would rather lose a project than promise something we cannot deliver.
IT-Labs builds custom software and automation, in any language, for clients all over the world. You deal directly with the developer who builds it.
IT-Labs is led by its founder, a hands-on software developer with 25 years of experience building software and providing online project support for many companies. Over that time the tools have changed several times over, while the underlying work has not: understand the business, build something dependable, and look after it.
We build custom software and automation in any programming language, for any industry or individual, including mobile apps. We work remotely with clients all over the world, from New Delhi. Our experience covers web and business applications, process automation and integrations, trading and broker-API automation for fintech, server administration, hosting and DevOps on Linux, and AI integration.
We are deliberately a founder-led studio. When you contact IT-Labs you talk to the developer who will build your software, not an account manager relaying messages. That keeps communication honest and decisions quick.
We tell you what we think it will take, and what we do not know yet. We would rather lose a project than promise something we cannot deliver.
The simplest design that does the job is the one that is cheapest to run and easiest to change.
Your code, your repository, your data. No lock-in.
Launch is the start. We plan for maintenance, updates and change from day one.
Our founder is a working developer, not a manager. They will join your calls, read your code, write the software and answer your emails. If your project needs skills beyond that, we will say so openly before you commit.
Alongside client work, IT-Labs builds cMCP, a governed shared-memory layer for company AI. It gives a company's people and their AI assistants one memory, organised by organisation, project, client, team and person, and permission-checked on every request.
Our mission for cMCP: memory is not a feature, it is the foundation. Cognitive memory should stay with the company, whichever AI it uses. cMCP is in a live pilot and we are working with a small number of design partners.
Its principles are ours too: model-agnostic, governed by default, your data stays yours, and honest about status.
Building a real product on AI memory, permissions and integration keeps our AI integration work grounded in practice.
Describe the problem, the system or the idea. We offer a free initial consultation and a written estimate, and you will talk directly to the developer who would build it.
