Start with a scoped pilot
cMCP is in a live pilot, and we are onboarding a small number of design partners. A pilot is how we prove value together, on your data and your tools, before anyone commits further.

Scoping workshop
We map your organisation, projects, clients and teams to memory scopes, and agree who approves what.
Deployment
We deploy cMCP in your cloud, or on your premises if you prefer to self-host.
Connect one or two systems and AI apps
For example Jira Cloud or a mailbox, plus the AI apps your people already use. Verified today with Claude Code and Claude Desktop; other MCP apps connect over the open standard.
Success metrics agreed up front
For example repeated questions avoided and time to onboard a new team member. We agree how to measure them before the pilot starts, and we report results as they are, not as we hope.

How a pilot typically unfolds

1. Scope
Scoping workshop, success metrics, choice of systems and AI apps to connect, and the deployment option.
2. Deploy and connect
Install cMCP, create your organisation structure, people, roles and grants, and connect the agreed systems and AI apps.
3. Run with a first group
A first team works with shared memory in daily use. Approvals, promotion and the audit log are exercised for real.
4. Review
We review the agreed metrics together, discuss what worked and what did not, and decide on next steps. Stopping is a valid outcome.
Design partners
What we ask of you
- A sponsor who can make decisions for the pilot
- One or two teams who use AI regularly and will use cMCP in real work
- Access to the systems you want connected
- A named person to approve promotions during the pilot
- Candid feedback, including what is missing
- Regular check-ins to review the agreed metrics
- Understanding that cMCP is pilot-stage software, with roadmap items that are not yet built
