Engagement
How the engagement works
We start with a free consultation on what you need: skills, hours per week, time-zone overlap and how you like to work. We then agree a monthly arrangement in writing, including the scope of the first month, how we communicate and how either side can adjust or end it.
Early on we run a short onboarding: access, code walk-through and a first small task to settle the working rhythm. After that, you steer. Hours can be increased or reduced with reasonable notice. We do not publish rates because they depend on the hours and the skills required; you get a written estimate after the consultation.

Is this one developer or a team?
You work with the founder, a hands-on senior developer. If your project needs more, we discuss it openly before committing.
What about time zones?
We work from New Delhi (IST, UTC+5:30) and arrange overlap with Europe, the Middle East and part of the US and Australia. We agree the overlapping hours at the start.
Can you work with our tools?
Yes: your Git host, issue tracker, chat, CI and standards. We adapt to how your team works.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the work is paid for. The code lives in your repository, and we sign an NDA on request.
How flexible is the engagement?
It is monthly, so you can scale hours up or down with reasonable notice. The exact terms are written in the agreement.
Can you work for an agency under our brand?
Yes, subject to an NDA. We can work behind the scenes and keep client details confidential.
