An AI support desk where a person approves every reply

Most support work is reading, sorting and writing similar answers. We build a ticket system where AI does the first pass and drafts a reply, and your people check and approve it. Nothing goes to a customer without a person saying yes.

What it is

AI Support Desk: what you get

An AI support desk is a ticket system with a drafting assistant built in. Requests arrive by email or through a web form and become tickets in the right queue. The AI reads each one, sorts it, and writes a draft reply using the information you have given it, such as your policies, product notes and past answers. A member of your team reads the draft, edits it if needed and approves it. Only then is it sent.

We design it around control. Every reply needs a person's approval, so the AI cannot send anything on its own. Unsubscribe and abuse requests are handled as their own flows. We store only what the business decides to keep, and we do not keep message content beyond that. You choose which AI model or provider is used, including one you host yourself.

This is not a chatbot that talks to your customers unsupervised. It is a way to cut the time spent on routine requests while a person stays responsible for what is said. The same pattern works for sales enquiries, internal helpdesks and shared inboxes.

Problems we solve

Typical problems this solves

A shared inbox nobody can keep up with

Requests arrive by mail and web form, and sorting them is half the work. The system tags and routes them into queues.

The same answers typed again and again

Many questions have a known answer. The AI drafts it from your own information so a person only needs to check it.

Fear of an AI saying the wrong thing

Every reply waits for approval. A person reads it, changes it or rejects it, and only an approved reply goes out.

Unsubscribe and abuse requests getting lost

These need handling properly and quickly. They get their own queue and a clear process, not a place in the general pile.

Worry about where customer data goes

You decide what is stored and which AI model or provider sees it. We design to keep stored content to what you choose.

Built and running

Work we have built and run

Examples from our own work, described without client names.

  • Our own support ticket system: a web form, mailbox queues and AI-drafted replies that a person approves before sending.
  • A one-click unsubscribe and suppression-list flow, built for our own announcement mailer.
  • Agents that research, draft and triage under human approval.
Engagement

How the engagement works

We begin with a free consultation. You tell us how requests reach you today, what the common questions are and who answers them. We say what looks suitable for drafting and what should stay fully manual, and then give you a written estimate.

A typical project starts with one mailbox or form and a small set of well-understood question types. The drafts run alongside your normal process until your team trusts them. You then widen the scope step by step. A person approves every reply from the first day, and you decide whether that ever changes. We make no promises about time saved in advance; we measure on your own requests.

Questions

Common questions

Does the AI send replies on its own?

No. It only writes drafts. A person reviews each reply and approves it before anything is sent.

What does the AI base its answers on?

On the information you give it, such as policies, product notes and past replies. If the information is missing, the draft should say so and leave the answer to a person.

Which AI model or provider do you use?

Whichever suits the job and your data rules. We work with any AI model or provider, including models you host yourself, and we build it so the model can be changed later.

What data is stored?

Only what the business decides to keep. We do not store message content beyond that, and we help you decide what is worth keeping.

Have you built this before?

Yes. We built our own support ticket system with a web form, mailbox queues and AI-drafted replies that a person approves before they are sent.

How do you charge?

We do not publish prices. After a free consultation we give you a written estimate, so you know the scope before you commit.

Tell us what you need built

Describe the problem, the system or the idea. We offer a free initial consultation and a written estimate, and you will talk directly to the developer who would build it.
