API and Systems Integration

Learn moreIf people in your company copy data between systems, rebuild the same report every week or chase emails for approvals, that work can usually be automated. We design and build business process automation that is dependable, logged and easy to maintain.
Business process automation means getting software to do the repetitive, rule-based parts of a process so people can spend their time on judgement. In practice it takes many forms: a scheduled job that pulls figures from three systems and emails a finished report, a bot that reads incoming documents and files the data, a pipeline that cleans and loads data overnight, or a small web form that replaces a chain of email approvals.
We are practical about it. Not every process should be automated, and the most valuable automation is often modest: a well-written script and a clear log. Our approach is to map what actually happens today, find the steps that are repetitive and rule-driven, automate those first, and leave a human in the loop wherever a mistake would be costly.
We also build RPA-style automation where a system has no API: driving a desktop or web application the way a person would, with the error handling that a person would have supplied.
Staff retype the same figures from one tool into another, which is slow and where most errors creep in.
Someone spends hours each week assembling the same spreadsheet. A scheduled job can produce it before they arrive.
Invoices, orders and forms arrive by email or PDF and need to be read, checked and recorded.
Macros and shared sheets that have grown fragile. We automate them, or move them into a proper system.
Requests sit in inboxes. Automated routing, reminders and audit trails keep work moving.
Imports, clean-ups, reconciliations and data syncs that need to run reliably on a schedule, with alerts when they do not.
We work in any language. See all technologies.
We usually begin with a short consultation and one concrete process to automate. We watch or read through how it is done today, agree what "done correctly" looks like, and give you a written estimate. A first working version often arrives quickly because automation scripts are small and testable.
We then run the automation alongside the manual process until you trust it, add monitoring, and widen the scope step by step. Starting with one workflow keeps risk low and makes the next one easier to justify. Our checklist for deciding what to automate is a good place to start before you call us.
Tasks that are repetitive, follow clear rules, use digital inputs and happen often enough to matter: data entry, reporting, file and email handling, reconciliations, notifications and scheduled system checks.
Often yes. We can drive web or desktop applications the way a person would, or read from the database or exported files. It is more fragile than an API, so we build in checks and alerts.
Our aim is to remove tedious, error-prone work so your people can do the parts that need judgement. What you do with the saved time is your decision.
Every job we build writes logs and sends an alert on failure or unexpected results. We also design jobs to be safe to re-run.
Yes. That ranges from cleaning up macros and scheduled refreshes to moving a spreadsheet-driven process into a small web application with proper access control.
