Custom software is a system written for one organisation and one way of working. It might be an internal tool that replaces a tangle of spreadsheets, a customer-facing application, a back-office system that connects your sales, stock and accounts, or a specialist engine that does one job very well. What makes it custom is that the requirements come from your business, not from a product roadmap written for everyone else.
We build it end to end: understanding the problem, choosing the stack, designing the data model, writing the code, testing it with the people who will use it, deploying it and supporting it afterwards. Because IT-Labs is founder-led, the person who scopes your project is the developer who builds it. There is no hand-off from a sales team to a delivery team, so nothing is lost in translation.
We work in any programming language. The choice is driven by your existing systems, who will maintain the code later, and what the problem needs, not by what we happen to prefer.

Engagement
How the engagement works
Every project starts with a free initial consultation. You explain the problem; we ask questions, flag risks and say honestly whether custom software is the right answer. If it is, we send a written estimate with the scope, the milestones and the assumptions behind them.
Development then runs in short milestones. You see working software early and often, so misunderstandings surface in week two rather than month four. You can choose a fixed-price project when the scope is clear, or time and materials when it will evolve; our article on choosing between them explains the trade-off. After launch we stay available for fixes, changes and hosting.

What kind of software can you build?
Business applications, internal tools, customer portals, automation, integrations, mobile apps and back-end services. If it runs on a server, a desktop or a phone, we can almost certainly build it.
Which programming language will you use?
The one that fits. We work in PHP, Python, JavaScript and TypeScript, Java, C#, Go and others, and we prefer to match your existing stack so your team or a future developer can maintain it.
Who will actually write the code?
The founder, a developer with 25 years of experience, is hands-on in every project. You deal directly with the person who builds your software.
Will I own the code?
Yes. Once the work is paid for, you own the code and the intellectual property, and it lives in your repository. We sign an NDA on request.
How do you price a project?
